The Corporate & Affiliates Relations office is in charge of the coordination and supervision of the corporate governance of the Group Investments, Asset & Wealth Management Business Unit, including through participation in the Boards of Directors of the companies and boutiques. Furthermore, the Unit manages the relations with external institutions, associations and regulatory bodies, assuring advocacy activities in the interest of the Group Investments, Assets & Wealth Management Business Unit and in coordination with the relevant Group functions.
The ideal candidate will support on two different areas:
* Institutional Relations: help the coordination of the BU effort and engagement vs associations in which we are interested in participating (WEF, Assogestioni, Efama) and helping formulate and build the BU view on strategic matters concerning the industry, competition and development opportunities. Prepare briefing for the BU representatives in each Associations
* Corporate Relations: help the function to prepare the group and boutiques boards agenda structuring and follow ups in coordination with Corporate Affairs function, facilitate proper information flow between the different members of the boards of directors. Assist in the coordination of regular meetings with controlling functions of groups' companies and boards' independent directors
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* Degree in law, political science or business
* Good knowledge of Word, Power Point and Excel
* Fluent Italian and English (oral and written) is a must, very good knowledge of other languages is an advantage (French / German)
* Previous experience in the asset management industry, EU governing bodies, financial industry Associations is preferable
* Strong communication skills and team player attitude
* Good interpersonal skills
* Easily adapt to different environments and situation and able to cope with stressful situations
* Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
