Responsibilities
• Manage and execute communications plan process• Collaborate with cross functional departments• Liaise with copywriters and content team• Coordinate communications optimization with regions• Brief and coordinate translation agency• Brief, coordinate, and provide feedback to agency for newsletters• Conduct detailed checks on newsletter comms• Provide scheduling directions for newsletters• Constantly improve campaign performance• Identify high performing campaigns and make recommendations
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role• Education to degree/master level, preferably in business and digital marketing• Autonomy and project management skills• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines• Proactive mindset and initiative-taking• Passion for aesthetics and attention to detail• Excellent communications skills, proficient in Powerpoint and Excel• Client-centric mindset with passion for luxury• Passion for change and keeping up with digital innovations• Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of other languages a plus• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud a plus• Knowledge of Adobe Workfront platform a plus
