Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer

Location: Dubai Onsite
Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Revenue Officer to join our organization. As the Chief Revenue Officer you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies to drive growth and maximize profitability. You will lead the sales marketing and business development teams ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments to achieve revenue goals. Your strong leadership skills business acumen and deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies will be instrumental in driving revenue expansion and enhancing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies to drive growth and maximize profitability.

Lead and manage the sales marketing and business development teams providing guidance support and mentorship.

Identify new market opportunities and develop effective gotomarket strategies to expand the customer base.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align sales marketing and business development efforts with company objectives.

Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.

Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer insights to identify areas for improvement and drive competitive advantage.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators sales metrics and revenue forecasts.

Drive a culture of innovation continuous improvement and customercentricity within the revenue organization.

Stay updated with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chief Revenue Officer or in a similar senior leadership role preferably in the AI ML technology or SaaS industry.

Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Deep understanding of sales and business development strategies and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends identify opportunities and develop effective gotomarket strategies.
Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
Proven ability to drive crossfunctional collaboration and alignment.
MBA or advanced degree in Finance.
