Job summary
Adecco Italia Spa is looking for a Butler/Butler for a prestigious 5-star hospitality facility.The candidate will be responsible for providing quality and personalized service to hotel guests.The candidate will also coordinate room cleaning and guest room preparation.

Responsibilities
• Ensure quality and personalized service to hotel guests, anticipating and meeting their needs.• Welcome guests with courtesy, providing detailed information about hotel services and local attractions.• Coordinate the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms.• Collaborate with hotel staff to manage reservations, check room availability, and ensure effective room assignment.• Provide logistical support to guests, such as organizing transportation, booking local activities, and managing any special requests.
Requirements
• At least 2-3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in a 5-star hotel.• Advanced knowledge of English, both spoken and written.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with an international clientele.• Flexible working hours based on hotel needs.• Ability to work collaboratively with hotel staff.• Quality orientation and attention to detail.
