- Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.
Requirements : - University degree in IT combined with minimum of 11 years of experience in IT;
- Experience in the business process modelling area and related tools;
- Experience in capturing user needs and business concepts using methodologies such as Agile, RUP, UML, and others.
- Knowledge of usability and User Interface design;
- Excellent command of the English language.
