Duties and responsibilities:- Recommend and prepare wine and creative cocktails for guests and customers- Provide services for guests/customers such as order-taking and the promotion of the restaurant’s food and beverage offers- Be responsible for the set-up and the operation of the bar station/section- Follow the production of all beverages and the bar’s sequence of service at any time- Ensure that food and beverages’ service is efficiently and accurately handled- Ensure that the service and products’ delivery standards are fully respected and surpassed at all times, with a high level of client care- Respond proactively and adequately to the guests’ queries, ensuring consequent effective communication- Be able to lead and communicate with the colleagues during the bar operations- Perform all duties related to the restaurant’s opening/closing check-list- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by managementRequirements:- Minimum 3-years experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury environment- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English- High standard of verbal communication, social skills and up-selling skills- Able to work flexible schedules and on evenings/weekends/holidays- Able to handle multiple tasks at once
