Responsibilities
• Develop advanced control algorithms for EVs, HVs, and FCEVs• Utilize tools like MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow to develop and validate control models• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with power electronics and advanced driver-assistance systems• Learn and explore the operation of the entire vehicle, modifying and implementing control code
Requirements
• M. Sc or PhD in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent• Proficiency in model-BASED DESIGN tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow• Strong understanding of powertrain systems, vehicle dynamics, and control strategies for EVs, HVs, and FCEVs• Experience in system integration, calibration, and validation of control systems for alternative traction vehicles• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations in control systems for EVs, HVs, and FCEVs• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills• Effective communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines• Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality results• Passion for automotive innovation and a drive to contribute to a sustainable future
