Your role:
* Support Team Management in daily activities, managing and monitoring constantly appointments and timelines.
* Company and Team events/calls organization and facilitation from a local and international point of view.
* Support congress and events approval process and speaker agreement activities.
* Prepare important documents for reports, meetings and memos.
* Interface with Zone Team Assistant Team.
Your expertise:
* Consolidate experience in the same role in an international environment.
* Fluent in English and Italian, other languages would be a plus.
* Excellent knowledge of the full Microsoft Office 365 package including traditional apps (like Excel, Power Point) and new apps (like Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
* High discretion and social intelligence.
* High organization and pianification capabilities.
* High communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Fast problem-solving abilities.
* Good team player and respectful of diversity.
* Accuracy in the use of the company procedures provided for the activity.
* Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
