Alzheimer Disease Ecosystem Management Leader

AEM Manager JD:

1, Set up AEM team with span of control of 8 people

2, Lead team to map regional Alzheimer Dx and treatment hospitals and locations, and pilot clinical care pathway in mapped hospitals, then achieve the early Dx and bio marker usage rate goal accordingly.

3, People management and development

4, Strong coordination with cross-function department, including brand team, PRA team, KA team, medical team and CA team, to build up regional Alzheimer disease Dx and Tx ecosystem.

Requirement:

1, at least 3-5 years people management experience

2, background of device or Dx or KA preferred

3, location could be Shanghai or Beijing, need to travel nationwide with high frequency.
