Responsibilities
• Assisting in sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and execution of hotel investments• Implementing business and capital plans for hotels to maximize value• Supporting performance reporting and annual budgeting• Analyzing market trends to identify investment opportunities• Executing investment realizations through marketing and closing
Requirements
• BA/BS degree ideally in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or Real Estate• 2-4 years of experience in hotel ownership/advisory or real estate acquisitions• Hotel experience preferred• Superior analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling• Experience in fast-paced and analytical environments• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining professional relationships• Location: Los Angeles, CA - in-person work
